杂志文章@ 2291- 9694% I JMIR出版物V 8% N 7卡塔尔世界杯8强波胆分析% P e15472%家庭护理服务创新的智能合约区块链系统开发和评估:混合方法研究%A Chang, Ernest %A Chen, yiichien %A Lu,MingFang %A Luo,Hueimin Louis %+国立中兴大学技术管理研究生院，台湾台中南区兴大路145号，886 4 22840547,cycx1000@gmail.com %K家庭护理服务%K信任%K创新%K区块链%K智能合约%K自动化%D 2020 %7 28.7.2020 %9原创论文%J JMIR Med Inform %G英文%X背景:在家庭护理行业中，护理服务的分配和跟踪由护理中心控制，护理中心本质上是集中的，容易导致信息传输效率低下。当事人之间缺乏信任，信息不透明，大量人为操作，导致流程效率较低。目的:本研究旨在探索和演示区块链和智能合约技术在创新/翻新家庭护理服务方面的应用，以获得流程透明度、可追溯性和互操作性方面的区块链优势。方法:采用面向对象的分析/设计方法，结合统一的建模语言工具，构建居家养老服务系统的体系结构。通过实施测试评估系统的可行性，并进行问卷调查，收集了解区块链和智能合约的家庭护理服务受访者的意见。结果:对比分析结果表明，本文设计方案在可追溯性、系统效率、流程自动化等方面均优于现有系统。此外，对于问卷调查，定量分析结果表明，在重要因素方面，拟议的基于区块链的系统(与现有系统相比)具有显著(P<.001)更高的平均分，包括及时性、工作流效率、自动通知、保险功能和可审计的可追溯性。综上所述，基于区块链的家庭护理服务参与者将能够享受更高的效率、更好的透明度和更高水平的流程自动化。 Conclusions: Blockchain and smart contracts can provide valuable benefits to the home care service industry via distributed data management and process automation. The proposed system enhances user experiences by mitigating human intervention and improving service interoperability, transparency/traceability, and real-time response to home care service events.
